Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions will apply after the registration of any of our services-

1. We promise dedicated assistance throughout your application process with a response time of 24 hours and a turnaround time of 48 hours. 

2. Please note that we cannot guarantee one's admission into a university. However, rest assured, we will do all we can to ensure that you submit a top-notch application.

3. While the timeline and services are customizable at the discretion of your consultant, we request you to submit your drafts timely and according to the deadlines set by your consultant. 

4. The validity of each pack will be finalized during the timeline call according to the admissions cycle targeted by the student. 

5. You are free to upgrade your Application Pack to the Comprehensive Pack in case you require additional support during the application process.

6. Please ensure that you submit only original ideas to avoid any issues with plagiarism.

7. We offer a refund within 10 days of the date of registration for all our packages, in case you are not completely satisfied with our services. However, as many resources get exchanged in the initial stages, a small amount will be deducted based on the services already provided. Please note that the amount will not be refunded after this period has lapsed. 
Also, no refunds will be offered if the student changes his/her plan to pursue a Masters degree.

8. Your registration with us implies an agreement to maintain confidentiality. All documents and information exchanged between the parties will be kept confidential.

9. Your registration with us implies that you accept all the terms and conditions.
